Ich bin IT-Führungskraft mit über 15 Jahren Erfahrung im deutschen Mittelstand. Mein Schwerpunkt liegt dort, wo künstliche Intelligenz, Cloud und Informationssicherheit zusammenkommen.
Ich habe interdisziplinäre Teams mit bis zu 25 Personen geführt und sichere Cloud-Plattformen von der ersten Idee bis zum Betrieb aufgebaut. Dabei verbinde ich KI- und Sicherheitsstrategien mit den Prozessen, die ein Unternehmen jeden Tag tragen.
Seit September 2026 leite ich bei mispa Technologies den Bereich AI & Cloud Security. Wir helfen Unternehmen, KI und Cloud sicher und regelkonform zu nutzen.

Ich verantwortete die Innovationsthemen und die konzernweite Cybersecurity. Ich baute ein integriertes Managementsystem für Qualität, Informationssicherheit, KI-Governance und Business Continuity auf, das auch NIS-2 und Datenschutz abdeckt. Unter meiner Leitung entstand ein eigenes KI-Framework mit RAG, Multi-Modell-Routing, MCP und PII-Filter. Industriekunden beriet ich zu KI-Transformation und Zero-Trust-Architekturen. Das Framework habe ich im Webinar KI-Framework für Europa vorgestellt.
I was responsible for innovation and for cyber security across the group. I set up an integrated management system for quality, information security, AI governance and business continuity. This system also covers NIS-2 and data protection. My team built an in-house AI framework with RAG, multi-model routing, MCP and PII filters. I gave advice to industrial customers on AI transformation and zero trust architectures. I showed the framework in the webinar KI-Framework für Europa.

Ich leitete die technische Beratung zu KI, Microsoft 365, Azure und IT-Sicherheit. Für HR-Prozesse entwickelte ich KI-Lösungen auf SAP BTP und Azure, etwa ein Lebenslauf-Parsing mit SAP AI Core, das SAP später zertifiziert hat. In monatlichen KI-Workshops und in der Videoreihe KI Tea Talk zeigte ich Kunden, was mit KI heute möglich ist.
I led the technical consulting for AI, Microsoft 365, Azure and IT security. I developed AI solutions for HR processes on SAP BTP and Azure. One example is a CV parser that uses SAP AI Core. SAP certified this solution later. In monthly AI workshops and in the video series KI Tea Talk, I showed customers what AI can do today.
